We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The resort is beautifully decorated with charming cottages and stylish furniture that exudes quality. The beds were huge and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We were particularly impressed with the design of the resort, as everything was thoughtfully arranged to create a truly enjoyable experience. The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains near the stunning Grape Wine Garden. It provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, allowing us to relax and unwind. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going so far as to assist us with a small car issue. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and ample parking. our experience at this place was truly enhanced by the exceptional service and attention to detail.
For the price, we had expected a little more attention to detail in certain areas. However, we would still recommend this hotel to everyone due to the wonderful location, excellent service, and variety of amenities provided.

Rustic Charm and Stunning Scenery the rustic charm of the resort was quite enjoyable. We loved the outdoor bathroom with a big double whirlpool bath. the views of the mountains surrounding the resort were breathtaking. the crispy omelets and delicious rice served during breakfast were a great source of energy to start the day. the resort was situated in a peaceful location, offering us a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby local villages and temples.
Poor Management and Dirty Pool the resort had a great potential to be amazing, but poor management really let us down. the staff was unprofessional and amateurish.

We had an immensely serene stay in the Khao Yai area, and were pleased to find some nearby eateries. Our room was impeccably clean and modern, with an opulent bathroom and remarkable views from the balcony. the staff was very obliging and proactive. Breakfast was satisfying, with a bounty of choices. We particularly enjoyed the stunning pool and spa facilities, perfect for some well-deserved R&R after our long travels.
The in-room amenities could be better equipped.

The rooms were quite spacious and nicely decorated, giving off a cozy vibe. The breakfast was quite varied and surprisingly delicious. The hotel was located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature, which made a nice change from the city. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help out. The pool was clean and inviting, with lovely views of the mountains in the distance.
There were a few issues that spoiled our Christmas vacation. the location was isolated and hard to get to, with no nearby convenience stores or restaurants.
